General Guidelines and Rules
Each team should get registered between 31st March 6.30 pm to 30th April 11.59 pm.
A team must consist of 3 to 5 members and a Team Leader.
Registration of the team should be done by the Team Leader.
One person can represent only one team.
Undergraduates of any University, Higher Educational Institute, and Vocational Training College, Postgraduates, and Food Industry personnel are eligible to apply.
The ideas developed should be authentic and innovative.
Ideas should not be having any conflict of interest with the affiliated organization of the team members.
Submission of proposals will be accepted from 23rd April 12.00 a.m. to 8th May 11.59 p.m.
The proposal must be submitted in English, adhering to the sample format provided.
The proposal must be uploaded to the online portal as a single document, in PDF format.
Only the entries received on or before the specified deadline will be accepted.
Recorded sessions conducted by the experts based on the thematic areas will be uploaded to the event website and the event pages during the registration period.
Webinar sessions will be conducted based on Design Thinking, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and How to pitch, etc.
Webinar sessions will be conducted only in virtual mode and attendance is compulsory.
Teams selected for the finals are required to develop a prototype of their idea within this duration of 1 month.
Resources for development will not be provided during the period of idea implementation of the competition or prior.
Any unreceived or unsupportive entries are beyond our responsibility.
The entries and presentations of teams should strictly not contain harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content that could harm any party or the event.
The decisions of the judges will be final and not subject to change.
Authenticity and uniqueness of the ideas are highly considered.
